Modification & Exchange

Although we do not accept returns, we offer the option to modify your item to better suit your preferences. We’re committed to working with you to ensure your piece meets your expectations.

Eligibility for Modification

The following requirements must be satisfied in order to be qualified for modification.
  • The item needs to be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a modification.
  • You must have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Shipping and Handling

Customers are requested to review and try the item upon delivery.
Once the delivery has been completed and item is accepted by the client, any subsequent modification or exchange request will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.

Refunds

Unless there are special circumstances requiring it, we reserve the right not to offer refunds for changes.

International Refunds

Please note that all international purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Unless there are special circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price.
